We are pleased to announce that Constantin Trinks has signed for representation in various countries. Constantin Trinks, born in 1975, is one of the most talented German conductors of the young generation. He has been appointed as Music Director of the Staatstheater Darmstadt from the season 2009/10 after his triumphal performance of Parsifal in March 2008. Since 2006 he is temporary Music Director of the Saarbrücken Opera.

We are delighted to announce the signing of French violist Antoine Tamestit for Scandinavia . The winner of the ARD Munich International Music Competition in 2004 can already look back to a remarkable musical career and captures the musical world as one of the most exceptional young artists of his generation. Antoine Tamestit will make his debuts with the Vienna Philharmonic and Muti at the Lucerne Festival 2008.

Nikolai Alexeev conducts the New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra in Tokyo and Ochiai in three concerts with two programmes: April 19 at the Sumida Triphony Hall, Tokyo, 3 p.m. and April 20 at Parthenon Tama, Ochiai, 3 p.m. with Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No. 1 (piano: Yukio Yokoyama) and Tchaikovsky Symphony No. 4. On April 24 he conducts at Suntory Hall, Tokyo, 7:15 p.m., Shchedrin Dialogues with Shostakovich, Tchaikovsky Variation on Rococo Theme (cello: Alban Gerhardt) and Shostakovich Symphony No. 11.

Daniel Hope performs the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto with the Singapore Symphony and Ari Rasilainen on 17 May 2008 at Singapore Esplanade, 7.30 p.m. as well as two concerts with Britten Concerto with the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra and Hannu Lintu on 24 May 2008, 8.30 p.m. and 25 May 2008, 3 p.m. at Petronas Hall in Kuala Lumpur .
